Residential Coordinator
The Residential Coordinator supports the daily operations and overall environment of ClearPath Residential homes. This position conducts scheduled property visits, maintains communication with residents, monitors adherence to residential expectations, coordinates property needs, documents concerns and incidents, and helps ensure each home remains safe, clean, organized, and respectful.
This is an oversight and coordination position. Residents live independently, and the Residential Coordinator does not provide personal care, medical care, or continuous on-site supervision.

Minnesota DHS offers the official Personal Care Assistance and Community First Services and Supports training and test at no cost. We can help our team members understand the process, access the training and know what comes next.
Start the Minnesota DHS PCA / CFSS trainingOfficial PCA / CFSS training, testing and certification are provided by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. ClearPath Cares Academy training is provided separately to enrolled ClearPath team members.
