ClearPath Residential Living

A stable home. A clearer path forward.

ClearPath Residential Living offers professionally managed transitional housing for veterans and adults returning to community life. We have women only veteran homes, men only veteran homes, and women only housing opportunities available now.

At this time we provide housing only. Our homes offer stability, structure, dignity, and a welcoming place to land while residents work toward greater independence.

What Our Housing Offers Today

Safe, well kept homes for independent residents.

ClearPath Residential Living is housing only at this time. We provide a stable, professionally managed place to live, with house management and ongoing property care.

We currently offer women only veteran homes, men only veteran homes, and women only housing opportunities.

Residents need to be fully independent today. We do not provide medical or non medical care, supportive services, meals or food services, medication oversight, or medication administration in our residences.

Looking ahead, ClearPath plans to offer supportive services, medical and non medical care, medication oversight, and medication administration within our residences. Those offerings are not available right now, and we will share more as they become available.

Residents who want care at home can always connect with our ClearPath Cares division separately.

Where Should We Open Next?

Veterans live all across Minnesota, and so should good housing.

Our homes today are in Minneapolis and nearby communities, and we are actively listening for where housing is needed next, from Anoka and Bemidji to Mahnomen and beyond.

Our residences are now welcoming placements, and we are glad to build referral relationships that help people find their next step.

For Property Owners

ClearPath is seeking quality residential properties for professionally managed, multi year leasing relationships.

We are particularly interested in homes with multiple bedrooms, comfortable shared spaces, adequate bathrooms, access to public transportation, and proximity to healthcare, employment, and community resources.

ClearPath's residential model includes organizational oversight, a dedicated house manager who conducts regular scheduled visits, professional housekeeping, and ongoing property care.

Our goal is to establish stable, long term relationships with property owners who share our commitment to well kept homes and strong communities.
